Two months ago, our family moved to Woodcliffe Apartments in Renton, from South Florida, and we couldn't be happier! The office staff was so helpful and understanding in helping us make arrangements from across the country. The community is wonderful, up kept and clean. Maintenance is always available, they do a great job, and the office always calls to make sure the job was done right.

I lived here for one year, but had to move for job. This is a silence, beautiful place for living. Great management and nice neighborhood. I love the apartments and highly recommended. I would live here if I move back to Renton someday.

Apartments are nice. staff is really helpful; any issues I've have been resolved very quickly. The office and maintenance are the best. I would recommend this complex. It is a very good value for all the amenities you receive.

Froylan Garcia Ramiirez has again done a excellent repair job on our apartment. He is very professional and does a excellent job as usual. Thanks.

I have lived here for almost a year now and every moment has been great! The staff have been attentive to any issue (and there were only 2) very quickly. I even set the smoke alarms off with the wood burning fire place and couldn't get them to stop. Their maintenance guy came and helped me out within 5 minutes. The area is pretty and my unit has been very quiet.

The maintenance crew are all awesome and always have a smile on their face. The complex itself is well kept up and the apts are very nice and roomy.

After viewing the facilities and meeting the office staff, as well as interviewing residents we decided that Woodcliffe was the best deal for the area and for the higher cost of living. Thus far we have had no issues with living at Woodcliffe and the staff especially Shauna have helped us through all of our (small technical) issues as well as welcoming us to the great state of Washington. I would definitely recommend this apartment home to families or single people looking to move to the area.

We were out apartment shopping in the Renton area and came across Woodcliffe apartment homes. It’s definitely a tucked away gem of an apartment complex and appears to be very affordable. We had an amazing experience visiting this apartment complex due to the leasing agent Tracelyn. She was very welcoming and had an awesome attitude that placed this complex at the top of our list. We appreciated that Tracelyn was very knowledgeable about the complex and took the time to get to know us.
