The grounds are maintained very well with beautiful landscaping, trees and flowers. I have wonderful neighbors who are friendly, yet keep to themselves. The repairs are few and are dealt with promptly. The front office staff are very concerned and helpful. I would recommend Woodcliffe to anyone.

I have lived here for almost a year now and every moment has been great! The staff have been attentive to any issue (and there were only 2) very quickly. I even set the smoke alarms off with the wood burning fire place and couldn't get them to stop. Their maintenance guy came and helped me out within 5 minutes. The area is pretty and my unit has been very quiet.

After viewing the facilities and meeting the office staff, as well as interviewing residents we decided that Woodcliffe was the best deal for the area and for the higher cost of living. Thus far we have had no issues with living at Woodcliffe and the staff especially Shauna have helped us through all of our (small technical) issues as well as welcoming us to the great state of Washington. I would definitely recommend this apartment home to families or single people looking to move to the area.
